Away from work, Siobhan enjoys busy family life with her husband, teenage daughter Eibhlin, and young sons Rafferty and Gabriel. Her warmth and energy drive the values at the core of the Trust brand.

As co-founder of Trust Sales & Lettings, Paul brings a strong foundation of discipline, leadership, and teamwork from his background as a professional rugby league player. He leads the agency with a commitment to honesty, integrity, and delivering outstanding results. Paul’s focus is always on building trust through transparent advice and lasting relationships. He believes in doing things the right way, not the easy way. Outside of work, Paul is a proud husband, father of three, and recent grandad. He enjoys hosting get-togethers, valuing strong connections in both business and life.

Nicola is an experienced Lettings Manager with a genuine passion for supporting landlords and tenants through every stage of the rental process. Starting her career in a solicitor’s office, she developed a strong understanding of the legal aspects of property before moving into estate agency. Nicola is known for her approachable style, problem-solving skills, and commitment to making lettings smooth and stress-free. Outside of work, she cherishes time at her East Coast holiday home with her children and grandchildren. Whether managing a let or relaxing by the sea, Nicola puts people first.

Sales Progression Manager

Olivia brings over three years of experience in sales progression, combining industry knowledge with a personal, people-first approach. With a background in Media and English, she excels in clear, confident communication—keeping clients informed and supported throughout their property journey. Known for her dedication and consistently earning 5-star reviews, Olivia prides herself on making every transaction smooth and stress-free. Suzy brings over 30 years of customer service and financial expertise to her role as Accounts Manager at Trust Sales & Lettings. With 18 years in the NHS and 16 in banking, she offers exceptional organisation, client care, and a calm, solutions-focused mindset. For the past three years, she’s been a valued member of the Trust team, managing accounts with precision and care. Outside of work, Suzy enjoys walks with her lively cocker spaniel Henri, dining out, and spending quality time with her husband and son. She’s a firm believer in balancing dedication with life’s simple pleasures.

Hannah brings over 13 years of diverse property experience, having worked across residential sales, lettings, commercial property, and investment. Her wide-ranging knowledge allows her to support clients at every level, from first-time buyers to seasoned investors. Now focused on property valuations, Hannah is known for her honest advice, clear communication, and commitment to excellent outcomes. She balances her professional passion with home life, spending time with her son, cheering him on at football, and enjoying good food and sunny getaways. With 12 years of experience in property sales, Jess recently joined Trust Sales & Lettings as Sales Manager. She is skilled in valuations, negotiations, and sales progression, providing expert guidance throughout every stage of the moving process.
