Siobhan is a seasoned property professional. Having previously managed numerous branches throughout West Yorkshire for a large corporate agency, she has more recently managed a local independent agency.
Siobhan’s undoubted quality is that she puts herself in her clients shoes and leaves no stone unturned to ensure the best possible service is delivered at all times. Her core ethos is customer service and navigating the fine detail with a common sense approach.
Outside of work Siobhan loves to spend time with her husband, son and daughter, family and friends. She enjoys the great outdoors, made even more enjoyable with her new dog Luna.

Paul Halloran
Paul has over 30 years experience in the property development & refurbishment industries. He has purchased and redeveloped all manner of properties from houses to bungalows and apartment blocks.
Paul has an infectious enthusiasm for all things property. His passion shines through and has great knowledge of both the sales and rental market, having successfully sold various projects, whilst also being a landlord himself. This knowledge is gained by many years of hands on experience in both the private and the commercial fields.
Paul is a straight talking Yorkshireman and will always work honestly with our clients to offer a reasoned appraisal of any given property for either the sales or lettings market.
Outside of work Paul is a big sports fan. Being an ex Batley Bulldogs player he takes a great interest in Rugby League. Paul is a big people person and likes nothing more than spending time with family and friends.
