5.2 Lettings Services: Where instructed, we will assist in finding tenants and, if relevant, manage the rental of your property.
5.3 Services provided may vary depending on whether you select marketing only, let only, fully managed or other options. Detailed service levels and fees will be set out in your specific Terms of Business.
6. Fees & Charges
6.1 Our fees, including commission, administration charges, referencing, inventory, renewal and management fees, will be agreed in writing before we commence work.
6.2 Fees may differ between sales and lettings instructions and depending on the level of service chosen. You will be notified of all applicable charges at the point of instruction.
7. Liability & Compliance
7.1 We will perform our services with reasonable care and skill consistent with industry standards.
7.2 We do not guarantee the outcome of any sale or letting, completion dates, valuations or rental levels.
7.3 Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
8. Website Content & Intellectual Property
